I am a lawyer working in the area of consumer protection law.  I have commenced  a class action against Bell Canada on behalf of people who wish to receive reimbursement for their increased cell phone charges due to delayed installations.  Read the Statement of Claim.

A class action is a lawsuit in which one person (known as the “representative plaintiff") is pursuing a claim against an entity on behalf of himself or herself as well as all other people who are in a similar situation. 

You will not be responsible for any fees or charges whatsoever.  I will provide the funds and resources needed to pursue the claim.  I will only receive compensation for my time and expenses if the class action obtains a fair recovery for the class members.

You do not need to register with me or anyone else to be part of the class action.  However, I would encourage you to register with me so that I can email updates and notifications to you.
